Dear Parents and Carers,
Congratulations to Shelby Yearwood, our Oak Trees class teacher, and her husband Gordon, who welcomed Noah on
22nd December 2024, weighing 7lb 6oz. They are all doing well and settling into family routines, which includes a blur
of nappies and sleepless nights! We send them lots of love and our very best wishes as they start their journey as a
family of three!
Today we say “goodbye and safe travels” to Lily Reeves, one of our Boughs Teaching Assistants, as she leaves Hob Moor Oaks for 6 months to go travelling
across the world. We wish Lily lots of luck on her adventure and look forward to hearing all about it.
We are looking forward to welcoming our families back into school for our Golden Leaf assembly on Monday. Keep an eye out for your invite, via ParentHub, when
your child has received the award. Assembly starts at 9:30am and you will need to sign in at the school office on your arrival.
We have booked Daisy Chain to come in on Thursday 6th February at 9:30am-11:30am for a workshop on “Sensory Approaches”. Here’s their website for more
