What a year! 2022-2023 has brought so many wonderful achievements to celebrate. When reflecting on the year during our ‘teach meet’ this week we celebrated so many special moments; from your children’s first steps at school; hearing their first words; observing special friendships blossom and memories made at birthday parties; good health (Katie P—your attendance is amazing this year!); school trips; lunchtime choir club; parent engagement and support on educational visits and I need to mention our Ofsted report! Thank you for your continuous support to ensure we offer a wholesome and inspirational education for your children! To all the staff… admin, class teams, WEB, Sewells, our kitchen staff, and governors; thank you for your commitment this year, the children have blossomed and progressed in so many ways and this can only happen with positive relationships, energised teams and ‘going above and beyond’. It is an honour to work with you all and lead our school. I wish you all a happy and healthy summer holiday. We will see you on 5th September (for those who have asked this week, my baby is due in October so I will be back to welcome you all). To our Y6 pupils, it has been a pleasure to be part of your journey! You are all very special, unique individuals. We are all so proud of your achievements and wish you all the luck as you transition to Secondary school.
