Happy World Book Day 2023! The children and staff look AMAZING! Our key stages had an author to base their choices of books on, EYFS focused on Eric Carle, KS1 Giles Andreae, LKS2 Oliver Jeffers and UKS2 Claire Freedman. The outfits were fabulous and we celebrated them all in our celebration assembly. Hayley and Kirsty from our office team were judges and the team winner was Woods class! The children had made their own masks and capes to interact with the story ‘Superkid’.
Our Mother’s Day afternoon will be on Monday 20th, we will be celebrating all the important ladies in the children’s lives. We will begin our celebrations with cake from 2pm.
Our first group of Y6s had a wonderful time in Lea Green this week (W-F) they’ve experienced archery, high ropes, cave walking and adapted bikes. Thank you to all the staff team who have given their time and masses of energy to the visit! I can’t wait to hear all about it on Monday!
