Headteacher Update 22nd November 2024

This week, as the weather has turned cold, it has been fantastic to see the hard work both pupils and class teams have been doing around clothing and footwear for the weather. We know that lots of children may struggle with the change from summer to winter, but we also have a duty of care to ensure that children are wearing appropriate clothes.
Please make sure that your child comes into school with a coat, jumper and appropriate footwear.

Just a gentle reminder that if your child is unwell and will not be attending school, to contact the school office, on 01904 806655, before 8.50am. This means we won’t need to call you to follow up on the absence. Attached is a poster showing when, and for how long, your child should remain off school with illnesses, infections etc. It also tells you when your child can attend school following medication/treatment.
